The Kate Morgan program includes food from each of the major food groups: carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

Because fat makes a beeline for your waistline, we keep it to a minimum, particularly saturated fats.

The Kate Morgan program does contain carbohydrates because you need them for energy – but we focus on those with a low glycemic index (GI) that release energy more slowly and keep you feeling satisfied longer.

Kate Morgan also includes a higher-than-average level of protein because it, too, keeps you feeling fuller for longer – and provides energy that is harder for the body to store as fat.
