120g pork fillet, sliced into strips
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 fresh red chilli, seeded & chopped finely
1 teaspoon Asian seasoning

½ cup vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped

Gently fry onion, garlic and chilli in a non-stick pan. Add Asian seasoning and stir. Add pork, vinegar, tomatoes and soy. Cook slowly, stirring, until pork has cooked through (5 minutes)
