120g chicken breast, skin off
1 tablespoon oyster sauce

¼ teaspoon chilli powder
½ clove garlic crushed

Mix together and coat chicken. Bake chicken in oven at 175 on non stick baking paper for 20 minutes, turning once.
Make tomato sauce by combining:

½ cup tomato puree
3 tablespoons water
1 celery stick, finely chopped

½ onion, finely chopped
½ green pepper, finely chopped
|
In a small saucepan. Bring to boil then simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened. Serve over chicken.
