1 teaspoon Moroccan seasoning
¼ onion, chopped
1 clove garlic

1 cm fresh ginger, peeled
¼ cup low fat plain yoghurt
½ tablespoon lemon juice

Process all the above ingredients to a paste.
Thread onto skewers the following ingredients, alternating:

120g chicken breast, skin off,
cut into 3cm cubes
¼ red pepper, cubed
¼ green pepper, cubed

4 button mushrooms
2 spring onion
½ red onion, cut into 4
|
Brush over with the paste and allow to marinate, in fridge, for a while. Barbecue or grill until cooked
