Vegies with Tangy Yoghurt Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 bunch baby radish, washed and trimmed
- 1 cucumber, peeled and cut into batons
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cauliflower, cut into florets and steamed
- 2 celery sticks, cut into 5cm lengths
- 3 spears asparagus, cut into 5cm lengths
- ½ cup low fat plain yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon seed mustard
Method
Combine yoghurt and mustards. Pour over mixed vegetables in a bowl.
