Ingredients
  • 4 cups of water
  • 4 chicken stock cubes
  • 1 cup of carrot, diced
  • 1 cup of zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup of broccoli, diced
  • ½ cup of onion, diced
Method

Add all ingredients into a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer until tender. Add parsley and black pepper to taste. Can be eaten diced or pureed.
