Ingredients
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 3 carrots, cubed
- 1 celery stick, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 handful of green beans
- 2 litres of chicken stock
Method
In a large saucepan soften onion, crushed garlic and celery in a little water. Add chicken stock, tomato and beans. Simmer for 1 hour and add seasoning to taste.
