Thai Style Pork

Thai style pork

Ingredients
  • 120g pork fillet
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • chilli to taste
  • 1/2 carrot, cut into thin strips with vegetable peeler
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 red capsicum, sliced into thin strips



Method

Heat a non-stick pan. Brown pork strips, then add onion and garlic and cook until soft. Add vegetables and stir one minute. Mix lime, soy, fish sauce and chilli and pour over. Serve.
