2 cabbage leaves, cooked in boiling water for 2 mins, then cooled
Combine pork mince with garlic, celery, carrot, and oyster sauce. When cabbage leaves are cool remove thick stalk and trim. Place even amount of pork mixture on each leaf and roll into a parcel, turning in sides to seal filling. Steam cabbage rolls for 10 minutes. Serve with soy sauce.
