Pork Chow Mein

Ingredients
  • 120g lean pork mince
  • ¼ cabbage, shredded
  • ½ carrot, grated
  • ½ cup green beans, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 celery stick, chopped
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
Method

Using a non-stick pan, gently cook onion and celery. Add pork mince and continue to cook, stirring, until meat is no longer pink. Sprinkle over curry powder and crumbled stock cube. Add three-quarters cup of water. Then add vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
