Chilli Pork Stir Fry



Ingredients
  • 120g pork fillet, sliced into strips
  • ½ red capsicum, cut into strips
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 cm ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Asian seasoning
Method

Dust Asian seasoning over pork strips. Heat wok, add garlic, ginger, chilli and pork and stir fry until tender. Remove from wok. Add red pepper and cook for 1 minute. Remove pepper and put with pork. Pour in water and soy, bring to boil, then return pork and pepper to wok and stir. Turn off heat and serve immediately.
