Chilli Chicken
Ingredients
- 120g chicken breast, skin off
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- ¼ teaspoon chilli powder
- ½ clove garlic crushed
- Mix together and coat chicken. Bake chicken in oven at 175 on non stick baking paper for 20 minutes, turning once.
Make tomato sauce by combining:
- ½ cup tomato puree
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 celery stick, finely chopped
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- ½ green pepper, finely chopped
Method
In a small saucepan. Bring to boil then simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened. Serve over chicken.
