Steak with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 120g lean steak (sirloin, fillet etc)
- 250g mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 small beef stock cube
- ½ cup water
- quarter teaspoon dried basil
Method
Heat a non stick pan. Add mushrooms and brown, stirring constantly. Add stock cube, basil and water. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes. Cook steak on BBQ or grill plate to your liking, then serve with the sauce.
