Beef shaslik

Ingredients
  • 120g porterhouse steak, cut into cubes
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Zucchini, cut into chunks
  • Spring onions, cut into batons
  • Red capsicum, cut into pieces
  • Bamboo skewers

    Method


Thread beef onto bamboo skewers and alternate with tomato, zucchini, spring onion and capsicum. Sprinkle with curry powder and barbeque on hot plate until brown on all sides and cooked through.

Serve with Yoghurt dressing.

Yoghurt dressing

  • 1 cup low fat yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 small tablespoon paprika
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of artificial sweetener
  • Mix all ingredients together
