Seared Beef Salad

Ingredients
  • 120g sirloin steak, fat off
  • 1 cup parsley, chopped
  • 8 seedless grapes, halved
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon Moroccan seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 small onion, very finely chopped
Method

Combine Moroccan seasoning, vinegar and onion. Rub over steak, and leave to marinate in fridge for 1 hour. Cook steak on BBQ or grill plate till well seared on both sides, but pink inside. Remove from heat, allow to stand for 5 minutes, then slice thinly. Mix with grapes, tomatoes and parsley in a bowl. A little oil free dressing may be used if needed.
