Ingredients
  • 120g fillet steak
  • 1/2 yellow capsicum, halved
  • 1/2 red capsicum, halved
  • 1 zucchini cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon fat free dijonnaise
Method

Barbeque vegetables on char grill and season.

Barbeque steak to your liking and season with cracked pepper and salt.

Slice beef thinly.

On a plate, place a piece of grilled vegetable and then a slice of beef.

Alternate vegetables and sliced beef, then top with fat free dijonnaise.
