Tangy Veal Schnitzel

Ingredients
  • 120g veal schnitzel (not crumbed)
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • black pepper, ground
Method

Combine ingredients and rub over veal. Marinate for 10 minutes. Cook schnitzel on grill plate, approximately 2 minutes per side.
