Pork with Apple



Ingredients
  • 120g pork fillet
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • ¼ cup water
Method

Heat a non-stick pan. Cook pork fillet, turning to brown evenly. Peel and core apple, cut into slices. Add to pan with lemon rind and water. Continue to cook pork and apple together until apple is lightly browned and meat is tender. Season with salt and pepper.
