Mustard Glazed Veal



Ingredients
  • 120g veal schnitzel (not crumbed)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon seeded mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Method

Combine all ingredients except veal, then place schnitzel in marinade and leave for 30 minutes. Heat non stick pan and gently cook veal on both sides until done. Remove meat. Add remaining marinade and quarter of a cup of water to pan. Heat quickly, then pour over meat to serve.
