Lemon Pepper Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 small can tuna, in brine
  • 100g green beans, steamed and sliced
  • 3 radishes, trimmed and quartered
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, cored and quartered
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
Method

Combine tuna and salad vegetables. Mix seasoning, lemon rind and juice and sprinkle over salad.
