Chicken San Choi Bao
Ingredients
- 120g chicken mince
- 1/2 brown onion, choped
- 1/2 small red capsicum, finely diced
- 1/2 carrot, finely diced
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- lettuce cups
- lime cheeks
Method
Fry onion, garlic and chilli in a non-stick fry pan over medium heat until a little translucent.
Add chillies and chicken and stir until chicken starts to brown.
Add vegetables and soy and continue cooking until chicken is cooked.
Pile mixure into lettuce cups and serve with lime cheeks.
