Asian Pork
Ingredients
- 120g pork fillet, sliced into strips
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 fresh red chilli, seeded & chopped finely
- 1 teaspoon Asian seasoning
- ½ cup vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
Method
Gently fry onion, garlic and chilli in a non-stick pan. Add Asian seasoning and stir. Add pork, vinegar, tomatoes and soy. Cook slowly, stirring, until pork has cooked through (5 minutes.
