• Your first online order should include a Kate Morgan starter pack. The Kate Morgan starter packs include the 3 Program Guides, your membership card, a shaker and an introductory supply of meal replacement formulas so that you can try all the flavours available. You will need all of these items to begin and follow the Kate Morgan Weight Loss Program.
  
  Choose the starter pack that best suits you with either a 2 week, 4 week or 8 week supply of Kate Morgan meal replacement formulas. Additional to the starter packs, you may choose to try the Kate Morgan range of meal replacement soups, cereals, bars or meat based evening meals.
  
  After your initial online order, you can then purchase your Kate Morgan meal replacement formulas and meals individually according to your taste.
